Can i put a game on any website, is this possible and if it is what is the codding you have to write to do this???

You can with certain embedding programs like igLoader, but doing so is an extremely bad idea, mainly due to the huge safety risks involved. Search for igLoader if you're still interested.

The media isnt the real problem, its the fact that you're providing a standalone executable thats connected to your site. Its like an invitation to hackers to come in a change the exe around to cause mass damage to your site and everyone who downloads the game (by simply opening the page in the first place).
