How can i make a door open when i kill an entity. I tried the destroyandactive.fpi and set the door to a remote door and it's if used to my enemies name. No luck. Anyone available to help? (I'm not very good with scripts.)

the door doesn't need the if used, the object being used does. the door has to have the same name as the if used parameter. if the door was called "door1" then your if used should be on an object with door1. does that make any sense at all? lol I think I lost myself

yea, that sounds right?

just put the name of the door in the entity's "ifused" space.

it worked for me.

That's the right idea.

If its a character, then you can set his/her ifused in the character's FPE file.
They don't have an IFUSED slot in the map editor like other entities.

Changed the fpe of the character as instructed. Put the line
ifused = RemoteDoor in the fpe. Made sure the door was called RemoteDoor.

Did not work, so any ideas? Thanks for the advice. If I can get this to work it will help me develope my game!

Done it. Set the enemy to act like a key. When killed, "picked up"...set the door to use the enemey like a key.
