How would you go about making One. Not the ones you see in the gambling games, But one that you find at country fairs that when spun make that clapping noise.
Are they a series of Sprites, that a joined to make a animation or something different.?

If you use Classic making it out of sprites would be a lot harder because you can't rotate sprites in Classic. In Pro it should be easy to make it one sprite.

Like Grog said, it would be pretty tough to do in DB Classic using sprites. You could have say 100s of different images of the wheel - 1 for each rotation increment then cycle the images on the sprite to create the effect of spinning. But an easier way would be to use 3d and paste a single image onto a PLAIN object and rotate the plain.

Here's a quick example:

Enjoy your day.
