How do I make it too when you type in the password, instead of the letters it shows stars.
Example:
Password:something
Password:*********

Thank You,

There. The only problem is that I could only make the backspace key erase everything instead of one letter.

That's why it's better to clear the buffer and look at each character one at a time.

Oops... forgot I had enhanced.

You can use "inkey$()" in Classic but you need a loop that detects when the key is no longer being pressed... so fast typing won't work too well.

trying to get something. i have an else command with the if. i tried to make it to where it will go to the sub routine login if the password is not correct. if i do it right it will go to login when it is supposed to go to the beginning of the program. But it wont.

Should I take out the loop command?

You can put it into a function to make it easier.

Sorry for not replying to this right away.

That's why I love it here. We all have different skills to help each other with problems. I can't even come close to the stuff you do in 3D... I still think old school when I program (2D All The Way!).
