i added a scope to a gun . now i want that when the player sees through the scope then in the sides of the scope it has a blur. i hope u understand what i mean?

you may have to change the scope (or zoomed in) HUD file for that.
Just add a radial motion blur or something at the edges of the scope circle.

yea.. but it needs to have alpha also caz it need to be transparent . so wil radian blur work on alpha and when we shall c through it with if have the blur effetc as planned or just the alpha?

it will work just like the alpha (letting some parts see through and not others), but with the blur on the actual texture, the see thru and opaque parts wont be uniform.
So it should look like its blurring the edges.
