On the web in search type text to speech there you will find sites where you can type in stuff and get Natural sounding voices (well sort of!) in any language you like and also you can save file as.
So in effect get whatever voices you want for free!

You could do it in the best ever search engine GOOGLE!!! and he said to type in text to voice so please do that.

well [mod edit] thats the 1st place I looked and so far havnt found one where i can save it so far ill keep looking but thanks for the assumption on my IQ

you could use the MS Sound recorder and play the sound then record it.
