very nice, however the wall (not sure about the floor) definatley isnt seemless, its not extremeley obvious but still easily noticable if your looking for it. its easier to notice between the arcs on the right of the window.

I can't see a seem and I consider myself pretty picky. I can see the sections where it tiles but even that is very subtle. A very good texture IMO. One of the better ones I've seen around here that someone didn't yank from a game and claim as thier own.
