Lately I haven't been really active on the TGC forums so i coming back and to help me back up I am bringing a marketing comedy! Note I have no part in creating this!

Its called Store Wars!
http://www.storewars.org/flash/index.html
It really good if you download the Hi Resoulution version and render it onto a CD and play it on your TV! The quality isn't that great but is still viewable!
Have fun and welcome back to ME!!!!

I would buy organic more often if it was not 3 times the price of other products. Milk is one of the only resonably priced items and I do buy that when possible.

But the other products are cheaper because they have artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. Some of them cause cancer and other cause hyper activity. In the US you have banner blue smarties guess what happend to them? They all came to Australia! lol.

Organic prices are high I fully agree with you when you say they are expensive. But if you think about it aren't you paying for good healthy food that won't casue disease?

Just for anyones interset heres a website that might explain a bit ore about it.

well a non organic apple is not artifically flavored but certin pesticides are used. As for causing cancer, though I don't doubt that there could be a link there is no solid science showing this.

Monsanto want all farmers to use their GM seeds that wont produce more seeds from the next crop.
If you don't buy them, they plant near your farm and infect your crop as well.
As seen many times here in Australia and the U.S.
Pure evil if you ask me for the whole environment,
Next time your shopping, count how many isles are repackaging sugar/ fat and salt.
it will be an eye opener.

Look at the back of your food products, you will see something like

Quote: "colors (e### ### ###d)"

The # represents numbers. I have a code breaker that tells you whether the colours, flavours or preservatives are cancer causing, hyperactivity causing or theres one more but I can't remember I will have to get one and see if I can scan it!

Theres also dangerous ingerdients in your personal care products! For instance have a look at your shampoo bottle and see if you can find
Sodium Laurel Sulfate
This is an engine de-greasent. It works wonders on those annoying grease marks on your concrete driveways. Wait a minute did I say they put this stuff in your shampoo? Yep they do!
Have a look here,
http://www.healthy-communications.com/slsmostdangerousirritant.html
And on the same webpage,
http://www.healthy-communications.com/harmfulingredients1.html

Thats why me and my family choose to go natural! Everything we use is 100% guaranteed natural (the company guarantees it). I can't mention the company name because of 2 reasons

1. It would break the AUP
2. The company don't allow advertising!

Read and be scared!

Well... If it works on an engine, it's bound to take care of a teenager's oil problems!

I need to send Store Wars to my uncle. He and his family are into organic foods too, I think he'd get a kick out of it!

@DV: One thing you arent looking at is the amount of the stuff you need to make it toxic. Sure, they include it, but that doesnt always mean that it is the amount required for what you say is dangerous. Many times I also find that environmentalists/anti-cigarette people usually slur the facts more than the major companies.

That was a pretty funny vid though=D

But what they put into it is cumalative, so after taking it for a while you will be slowly build the toxic's up, and so in the end you can imagine what would happen...

Don't worry I'm not one of these, I still drink coke! I still eat chips! I just try to get rid of some of the really bad stuff!
I found another really funny video I will post it in geek culture soon!

@DV: Well, you get rid of a lot of those toxins when you go to the bathroom. I do agree though, some of the toxins need to go away, because they over use them...like for example men are starting to have more estrogen, causing them to actually grow breasts=S.
