This may sound like a stupid question but how do you write is not like something in Dark Basic. I looked in the help files but they weren't very helpful.

eg if SomeVar (Does Not equal) 10 then Print "Hello"

"not" isn't in Darkbasic Classic. Even though I have Pro it's easier to just use "<>" than "a..10" (.. is the symbol for "not")... it sometimes throws me off.

He you know there is never a stupid question. The only stupid questions are the questions never made.
Even if you think its stupid. Its not. If do not know something just ask. Here you see that you see a stupid question. But the reaction you get was a normal anwser.

Never say a question is stupid. Questions not ask are stupid.
