How can I spawn an enemy dead? I've searched the forums but all I've found are ways to spawn a static entity facing down.

spawn it 1 milimeter above the ground... and set hurtdistance (or similar) to 1. Instant dead enemy.

(P.S. unless I a mistaken, Storm, nither of your approaches will work. Death, is an animation, and neither fpidefault=3 or destroy executes that animation)

Yes it does... you did it wrong. This has been an EA secret for generations, passed down the line for *cough*months*cough* and it does work. It isn't even MY idea... but I can't recall the Original Autors name.

(You did change hurtfall to 1... and moved it up above the ground... right?)

Okay... I have no clue how to do it... sorrow.

At least you can set spawnlife to 1 and it will die shortly after!
The body, however, will sink BELOW the floor so you need to get it to die above the floor.

P.S. What is C-TV? Looks like an application that feeds in data to Windows Media Player... but WHAT data and where is it comming from?
