You need to upload your images in .JPG format; .bmp is way too large.

Try putting it through photo shop and saving it as .JPG format thats what i did.

Or paint. You know the crappy one that like every computers come with. That opens a lot faster if your impatient too, then just save as a jpg. and upload it.
