First, I dont care about being noob slapped for using my other account, I wanted to get this thread out now!

Iam being flooded by TGC emails. Its an order email telling me my order has gone through. So far Ive had 55 emails sent.

I want answers to why Ive been flooded.

Its not funny.

Yeah it is, it's hilarious! - you just have to imagine it happening to someone else .

Why not email support, not sure what you expect moderators or users to do about it.

It's because you have auto response on your email account activated. Turn it off for a couple of minutes to end the ping pong madness.

Well it stopped at 60 emails.

I posted because by the time support got to my request, I might have had 1000 emails. I just thought I would take my chances and post here. I know you mods cant do any thing, but maybe one of the support guys could have poped in.

reading that line my imagination ran away with me, that's why I love typos...So I wonder, if Rich is feeling saintly today

It sounds odd to be honest, but good luck at find the source before it happens again, just hope someone does 'pope' in

I do believe a noobslap has the same effect as making a new account, you still have to get post-validated.

Why should we do that? His new account would/will have to be moderated, just as his "slapped" account would. If he had been banned and made a new account, then it would be different.

Many people have multiple accounts, for whatever reason. There is no rule forbidding it. If someone is banned, for whatever reason, they can expect alternate accounts may be banned as well.

I actually never made a new account, the account I posted with was made 1-2 months after my main account (this one). I had to make it as I ordered a product with another email address.

I hate being noob slapped, because I cant get my point out and every one has to type before they know the full facts.

You can check our computer specs? Or am I reading this wrong?

No, just your IP, and it's history. We use it to find duplicate accounts, and for banning.
