With the polar caps melting, christmas will become a thing of the past ... Santa's North pole home will end up underwater and billions of children will have to be convinced "they were bad" and no more presents ... ooh, thats my prediction for the next 10 years

Well, now everyone is awake here, but we're waiting for the rest of the family to show up before we can open up the presents.

I opened all my presents a few hours ago. My family woke me up too early and I feel like taking a nap. I got a new office chair, a collection of the old Thin Man movies (which are hilarious), the DVD of An Inconvenient Truth, and a few other things and money.

Today I got $20 cash, $115 in gift cards, an all in one printer (didn't ask), two t shirts, and no laptop in site
BTW. Christmas is over in a little less than two hours where I live. (But I get to celebrate it again tomorrow because my parents are divorced.)

It's not a big gift year for the adults this year, as it's really fun watching the kids get their toys (my niece and nephew just loved their Noah's Ark toy ), but I still got one of those European coffee brewers. You know, the one where you fill it with hot water and press the thingie down the tube-- can't for the life of me know what it's called.

But anyways, I'm taking it to work when I go back on Jan. 2nd

Cafetiere!!! CAFETIERE!! CAFE-BLOODY-TIERE!!!!

Quite pleased with myself for remembering that actually, sinse I normally call it the "coffee brewer thing where you push the thingie down the tube" aswell.

Edit: Btw Jeku, when you've got it setup at work, you have to put on a posh accent and ask "Why, my good gentlemen! Do any of you fine chaps fancy a little tipple from the cafetiere?"
