If you're like me, then you probably don't keep too up to date on the newest chipsets until its time to upgrade. If its that time, then I recommend reading this article:

It talks about the different chipsets used on the newer socket T boards. Whether you're building a gaming rig or not, there is no single universal chipset that I could recommend for everyone.

If not upgrading, still a good read for boosting your knowledge on the subject.
