Hi,
how can i get remote desktop to work for my mac? I want to be able to use my mac through remote desktop on my Windows XP PC. How can i do this? I set it up on the macs side, i switched on the the remote desktop service, but how do i connect to it on my windows xp pc?

Use www.logmein.com
But I am not sure that will work on mac.

see if you can get a vnc server for the mac, then use that with a windows vnc client such as realvnc

google is your friend before you ask me if i know of any, i'm not a mac user.

AMD athlon 64 3000+, 1GB ddr400, 720GB total hdd, ati radeon x700pro 256mb (pci-e) 17" tft(@1280x1024).

You need to use VNC or other remote desktop software. The Microsoft one won't work.

Unfortunately RealVNC in only available as a commerical program - its not free.

It is good though - helped with the testing
