I cant seem to change static entities to dynamic despite pressing Y on them like the Manual said, Can anyone help me out?

SIGH Right click the entity go to static mode, change YES to NO.

1.check that you dont have the windows collapsed(red circle)
2.here it is yes=static no=dynamic (green circle)
