As for the spyware/trojans/virii, I'm using Windows Defender, AVG Antivirus, and Spy bot S+D, along with Zone Alarm Fire Wall, so I hope its none of the above; but I'll do a thorough check.

Edit: I just found a website on Nvidia's forum that talked about the power usage of things. Well, he told how to get into the power usage of other devices. So, here is the link:

So, I right-clicked my computer, properties, hardware (tab), Device manager.
I found my device, right-click, properties, (I didn't find a power management tab, but under the advanced tab, I found Power Save mode item in this selection list). I selected the Power Save mode under the Advanced Tab, and for the value, I chose Disable.
Let's hope this solves this for good.
