Open the texture for the segment up in your favorite paint program and go to town.

Ah let me give a we bit more info here

1st get familiar with your FPSC directory
Crogram FilesThe Game CreatorsFPS CreatorFiles

Mostly either in the entity or segments or texturebank folders will be most of your textures... but your not limited to just these area's but for now we will stick to these

Now your going to notice alot of your image files are in DDS format there are a few ways to go about editing these...

Either by using Gimp and the dds plugin or using something like DDS Converter 2 to convert your dds file to the file format of your choice to edit in your image editor of your choice...

Gimp is located at gimp.org
DDS Converter 2 is located at http://eliteforce2.filefront.com/file/DDS_Converter;29412

This should be some helpfull information to get you to where you can now edit these files...
--------------Edit------------------
Yes I know he said segment area but he might as well get familiar with the rest of FPSC since he is now there...

Oh also when editing any segment or entity.... you should open your .fps or .fpe file with notepad that goes with the model your working with..... this way you are sure you have the right file that you wish to edit this also should be helpful to you....

Have you downloaded your CLiPs today.
