So I'm making a pickup script and I want it to add 1 life to th count. Any ideas? I guess I could always just set the players health back to full and add another amount to that.Let me know.

He said, "You drink when you're lonely." No I drink when I want!
He said, "You'll never be sober." Sure. Why would I want that?

As far as I know, you can't add (or directly subtract) lives in the game. For one of my games, I had wanted to do that (increase the number of lives if a person found a secret room), but I searched and experimented to no avail.
