I have been messing around with making my own media latley and decided to make some floor segments. Since they are my first ones im giving them away to the community with no restrictions.

The pack comes with 4 floor segments (2 variations of marble)

The first screen is of the marble segment.

The first one looks like a texture from a HalfLife Deathmatch:Source level (there is also a HL2eathmatch version of it) and the water one looks like it came from DarkBasic's media...

actually i just went back to look at my PSD, and i saw that they are on one layer as they are simple textures, so if you thin kthey are from Half Life death thingy or DarkBasic then i will take them off. But other than that i just say take my word for it these are mine.

Well, I can't honestly be sure about the first two complelty, but I swear I've seen that water (heck, used it) before. I'll check DarkBasic but I think I found it online...

airslide, its very easy to make that water, you may have seen a very close to that before, becuase well it looks like a basic cloud filter with maybe a few other minor filters with a frosted glass over it all

Yup, I see that someone else knows photoshop here , sorry for all the confusion. All of these segments are made using a couple of filters and lighting effects. Its quite simple if you know the program.

Ah, well in that case chances are I found it in some photoshop tutorial page or something - I don't have photoshop on my computer, I have Photoshop 5 or something somewhere around here, probally in storage, though I can't find it.
