Ok, this is for a laptop I found on the forums. All works... when I go up to the laptop my hud shows up and the laptop is gone(The Player takes the laptop),

The problem... the Hud shows up and fades REALLY fast. How could I make it stay up longer?

If you use Signs you can make a hud so if you press a key the hud will display until you release the key.
Works great for picking up stuff (I modified the pickup script so you have to press the same key to pick it up.

It looks like State=10is the problem with your script. You're making the laptop save the game and self-destruct before you ever hit the enter key. if you want the hud to stay longer DONT use the hudfadeout= command. instead use hudunshow=
