Hey, Since I got my new PC, I've noticed my bass speaker makes it rattle a bit. It's the case, I know that, but do you think over time that could loosen some of the parts?

Sure, if you rattle anything enough, screws might come loose. Just find where the rattling is and tighten down the parts. Where is your subwoofer located? Is it on your desk, or right underneath it? The placement of a subwoofer drastically affects the sound waves that it produces in the room, as well as the amount of vibrations that it creates.

either move it away from your pc, or put some sort of padding between the desk and the pc
