Like Thraxas said you can use Sensai. First you need to replace the existing FPSC-Game.exe with empty's mod. It can be found here...

You can then download Sensai from Butter Fingers' website...

Using Sensai depends on your knowledge of FPSC scripts. Good luck!

You do not need to use empty's mod and at this point it may not be wise to do so.
I am not sure which version of the FPSC update started allowing sensei to work but I know at least the latest version will.
I am guessing 1.06 and up but I am not sure.
If you are using v1 and are in fear of having an unstable version or don't want to upgrade to another version until there is a finished new version the empty's mod would be the way to go.
Empty's mod and any FPSC upgrade will not function together.
It would all depend on your individual needs.
