Run your .x and texture through entity creator, its a free download
which comes with a video tutorial. As its a dalek you probably wont need to animate it.You will however need to attach a firespot bone search the the forum for info on this, and check out the fpsc related tutorials, how to get a weapon into fpsc sticky at the top of this page regarding this.

I'v run it through the entity creator and it imports into fpsc fine, but when I run my game it is invisible, when I set it as a character, it doesn't spawn at all. any suggestions?
