Right, So the other day, for the first time I noticed my computer doing something quite odd when accessing my computer or the control panel. It seems that any time I open either of the two, a window opens up and says its configuring something in windows, and it has the title "HPIZ350". I let it run through once, but it starts every time I open Control panel or My computer, so it wont go away on its own. Any ideas?

So wait, you searched google, and you do have an hp pavillion, and yet you're asking here if its a virus?

Did you read any of the info that google returned? Theres a known piece of dodgy hp software. I'd persue that avenue first, even Mr. Spock would tell you that.

I just figured it might be a virus, Its just strange that every time I open a folder the message pops up. Like no piece of software Ive ever heard of.

Edit: Never mind, fixed it. Just uninstalled some Hp software I never used and it stopped. Thanks.
