Is there a way to make a loop restart from the beginning at a specific point? Not quit, but move back to the top and go again?

I don't get what your asking because a loop does just that.

You need to be a lot clearer with your question.

Explain what sort of loop (there are many) and post a bit of code so whe can see what context you want to do what you are asking.
