he's obviously done something like played games with unprotected gamecoreguns files, stole them, and doesn't have a pickup for them.

If you bought model pack 5 then you would know that it has the pickups included.
It is illegal to distrubute FPSC media and what you are asking members to do is not only against the AUP but is illegal.
Obviously the moderators need to keep an eye on you.
