I want to change something(texture and animation) about the model of soldier which the FPSC give us.
But when openning the .X in 3dmax,I find the skelecton and model are separate.I can not change his animation. HOW can I do? Please help me! THX

You need to re-rig him with the animation...

You have Max, a 1400$ upgrade(from previous versions) or a 3500$ new prog...yet your wondering why the skeleton(as you call it) is not in the model.....hmmmmmmmmm...
