I've been looking for a while now, and I could swear that it doesn't exist (which it does) by the search results I have found.

The book is "The Making of Black & White" by Lionhead/Prima guides. They were two books; the normal guide, and this, the making of book.(and it's advertised on the last page of the EA easy install guide in the Black & White box)

I've even tried eBay to no avail, which is annoying Anyone heard of this book or know where it can be acquired?
