Rick said there will be a competition on the website shortley. He never confirmed the THEME but he did mention that it MAY (and lets hope it is) be none other than RETRO games.

I just cant wait to get my copy of DarkBASIC (i ordered from amazon so i dont know when itll come) cos i have already planned (100 times over) to make a clone of the classic NES game, 'Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles'. I probably wouldnt be entering it into the competition anyway, but i wouls just like to get a few opinions as to wether or not it would be a good enough game to make. and if anyone would be interested in it?

Please give me your opinion --

This sounds kewl, the thing I want to know is: will it be a retro cover competition where we try to remake the game as close to the originals as we can or will it be a retro remake where we take a retro game and give it a complete 3d special effects game?
