lol im with TDK we all go through the newbie slap period i did too and its kind of annoying but it passes by if your good

It also depends on how much you post (valid questions about code). If somebody joins and doesn't post very much they'll remain in a newbie slap no matter how long ago they joined. I'm sure there are people that joined several years ago that are still in a newbie slap.
