I searched the forums and didn't find anything useful. So I made this thread.

Mods please don't lock this, I searched and didn't find any answers.

Okay, so the player walks into a room. A character sees the player and runs away, on a waypoint.

OR

The player walks onto a trigger zone, and triggers the waypoint start for the character.

I tried so that when you hit the trigger zone, it activates the entity, but that didn't work.

Maybe if it isn't spawned yet, it will spawn it, and automatically start waypoint.

Any advice?

:plrcanbeseen:runfpi=people\follow

Possibly, easiest to write, if that doesn't work

:waypointstate=0,plrcanbeseen:animate=2,waypointstart
:waypointstate=3:animate=2,waypointnext
:waypointstate=4:animate=2,waypointrandom
:waypointstate=5:animate=2,waypointreverse

Of course, if the entity isn't FACING the player, he can't SEE him.

If you fear speaking for yourself, make use the words of others while discovering your own voice.

add the condition 'plrcanbeseen=1' to the beginning of the follow.fpi script

so what's the job?

@Les Horribres

Thanks for the script.

@Creamster

I'll try it if the script doesn't work.
