Apologies for the intrusion of this post but I have had no luck elsewhere.

I have a problem where I have purchased the Dark Lights pack (approx 1 week ago) but as yet have not been able to download it. I had used an alternate email address when the purchase was made (as I couldn't remember at the time which one was my main one) and have since been unable to register to get the software I have paid for, (the authorisation email won't arrive - and spam assasins etc have been checked to make sure this was not the problem).

I have contacted the support team a number of times but after a week and no reply whatsoever I am getting a bit fed up.

Is there anyone who can help?
