Hey guys I am fishing around for a new forum because well the proboards are kind of dull to be honest. So I came across a site called invision power boards. It looks pretty cool but I want to know what you guys think. You don't HAVE to sign up there although it would be nice. I just want to know does it look better that the other one.

Same Forums new skin

Thanks guys

invision is good, although you could try PHPBB you can also download it here. invision has a better admin panel but is alot harder to change how it looks i think.

You should host your own forum in my opinion. Then you can install mods/themes etc.

I can do that for this one too. I plan on switching to Simple Machines Forum later on once I by a hosting service that allows me to do it.
But until then I think I will stick with this one because it has better features than ProBords. I have moved the NSG compo over to the new forum. I would appreciate it if more people joined but I understand why people wouldn't want to. one or two places is fun but more than that just becomes a hassle.

Hey Chris Franklin_ I added you to the associates section so you now have your own board. The next 2 people that sign up will get one as well. Basically what it is is a board where you can post about whatever you want such as you games and current projects. As you all know the screen shot contest is now on the new forums. I posted Jess T and Zombies entry over on the new forum. so far 2 people have entered I would like to see more. Right now our model pack has only a few models but we will hopefully be adding to it. I am considering changing the look of the forum. does anyone know of a good site with Invision power board skins on it.

Thanks guys.

Sorry Jeku. I was just testing out a new forum site and wanted to know hat people thought. But I think im going to stick to the one I have now because its easier to use. I apologize for that. Just FYI though the contest will contiue to be held on the current forum and linked to in my sig so if you plan on entering do it there.
