Oh here are some updates...
I have been to a neurologist and have ruled out some major concerns. Got results back from.
*EEG (Brain waves, test for seizures)
*Echo Cardiogram (heart, thyroid/glandular area major arteries)
*MRI W/Contrast (Brain and neck)
All of these came back normal. I do have stage 1 of a leaking valve (laymans term) in my heart. Although it's quite common, it has reinforced my desire to change some life habits. The leaky valve triggers some of my paplatations, and fluttering feeling in my chest. Don't believe there is a cure, but I definatley need to take preventative measures in the form of living a healthier lifestyle.

I am waiting to go over some blood-work and will get the results early next week. Some regular work-ups including thyroid. But most importantly need to rule out Lymes Disease. So I had a lyme titer (sp?) test done.

This is where I have gotten the most useful information on what might have gone wrong, as well as positive results in mind and body. The diagnosis from my CDN was that I am dealing with
adrenal exhaustion and that many of my sympotms are a direct result of poor nutirition, hydration, followed by allowing these intial symptoms to dictate my life habits. Getting into this cycle caused things to spiral downward over time.
It's interesting because I was slowly becoming over-weight, but wouldn't consider myself obese. I never would have guessed that I was in a nutritional crisis, and that most of what I am going thorugh could be directly a result of some pretty basic wellness steps that we all learn even in elementary school.
The problem was that I had let things go to such an extent that simple recommended daily allowances of certain vitamins, minerals, etc... were not going to get me out of the syndrome I had created. I really needed to supercharge myself with the "right amounts" after analyzing my defeciencies. You'll see this when you look at the %DV of my customized supplements. I say this because it's important. You really need to have a professional analyze and monitor your supplements, because you "CAN DO HARM TO YOURSELF" by taking the wrong or wrong amounts of vitamins, herbs, and minerals. Especially if you are currently taken any prescrition and/or over-the-counter medicines.

I am at the beginning of feeling great in body and in mind. Haven't felt this good at any part in my life that I can rememeber. My focus, mood, energy levels are at levels i never imagined possible for me. I am eating a better diet, and getting some suggestions on recipes and different fish from Indi.
I am exercising at an hour a day, and making sure I receive at least 20 minutes a day of full spectrun light (sunlight: without shades). I am norwegian/german blonde hair, blue-eyes, and fair skin. I have always been hyper-sensitive to sunligh. so I have avoided it (especially my eyes) I never went out without shades on, or a hat covering my eyes. Well guess what. That's not really a good thing to do all day long. Turns out that NeuroTransmitters in our brain that control or moods and pleasure centers need sunlight. Not just at the skin, but directly from the eyes.
I'll let you all know how things turn out. But right now things are looking positive. I am detoxifying, and only drinking water, and have eliminated all breads, and white flour, sugar, etc... The first few days I felt sick, and even wound up with what will hopefully be my last sinus infection and Migraine headache that lasted for five days!!!!
