@ Dark Coder: Wow! Thats a nice one, especially because the upload is almost the same as the download. I work at a corporate office too and our upload isn't even close to that.

Think I've got the best so far (Attachment)... Just a shame only six other computers can access this server...

Out on the proper internet, it's not so good. Since Virgin media slow down access speeds at peak times to those who are constantly playing Quake, I'll try internet speeds tomorrow...

So you just gave results from a speed test of your local LAN? That is not nearly the same thing as an internet speed test.

Heh, makes an otherwise average connection seem fast, doesn't it?

I suspect if I was to pop into uni, it would be faster still -- but it'd also actually be on the internet.

LMAO! Thats exactly what I thought when I was trying to get my best speed and it kept going down.

Mine internet is suppose to be incredibly fast, but it only gets to 1440kbs download. I'm not complaining but it was definetly suppose to be more.

Too bad the Deutsche Telekom doesn't care too much about making fast DSL available for everyone. I'm lucky I actually have a flatrate..
