It wouldn't load, it says object does not exist at line blah-blah-blah . I went to investigate and I think it is due to the fact that in your entity bank, the entities had no .dbo, textures or .fpe files.

Wouldn't load for me either. I found the .dbo textures in it, but I couldn't find the .fpe files...

I will try again, the problem could be that I saved the fpm on an extern hradrive when my computer crahsed. I will see what I can do.
But I built another game when my computer was fixed, and that didnt work either.
Both are using the modelpack 16, anyone else got problems after building a game with mp16?

Cool so far. Story is sorta like bioshock's thought but it's different enough. If you need level ideas, just look up bioshock on wikipedia and read the synopsis and game events. It's also set in an underwater city though its raged by civil war and falling apart. Good luck!

Whats the problem, or is it just FPSC playing up? How serious is it?

I really don't want this game to go, it's top of my wish-list for '08, you sure theres nothing i can do?

It really stinks that Silent Depths is on hold for now. It even gave me an idea for my own underwater game. (But don't worry, it's about something completely different. Unless yours is really about Greek mythology, and conspiracy theories... )

EDIT: BVG, I signed up for the newsletter but didn't receive the beta link... I'll sign up again if you want me to, but it's weird that I didn't receive it before.

if you're still looking for an idea for a name, why not call it Elixir

the elixir was what medieval apothecary's believed would heal all illnesses, kind of like a super vaccine, of course no such thing exists in real life but it looks like your game is based around such a thing

I usually use the hose or the sink for water, but I'll try your idea.

You don't need to spell check, i was tired.

Why use efxmod for water? 'cause it looks great! The water effect will fit perfect in some places.

But why would there be water in a underwater city? If there was water there would not be a city

perhaps a journey through a flooded area.....

But the underwater lighting effect is glitchy at best, when it does work.......

Nope, can't use weapons properly, hard to set water level in build game, bloom jumps around if players camera moves while looking at a light source, X10 style system requirements.....

Doors don't work properly, enemies are (more) spazzy.....

And alot more stuff I can't recall right now...
