And I'm the guy you call when you forget your passwords and can't figure out the PC doesn't work because it's turned off. For the past year I been working for a bank's IT call center, there's only about 20 of us for the entire midwest. I really wish tellers would stop giving our number to customers and telemarketers.
I've had my fair share of hard labor jobs. I've built houses and played in cement. You talk about packing in a warehouse, try carrying packs of roof shingles on a steep peak in the middle of July, trust me the temperature is a lot hotter up there than you think.
Forunately, I'm leaving my call center job (yay no more phones) in about 2 weeks as I've now got a job as a programmer. I'll be using Java mostly and interfacing some sort of systems together, can't remember exactly. So does that qualify me as geeky?
Oh, and if anyone works for the Geek Squad, you win by default!
