May be a good idea to patch Legacy of Cthulhu with some of the new sfx you have, bloom and bump etc.

Hey Ertlov

Thanks for the info about the GTA 3 shader patch. Can't wait to try all the effects out in FPSC.

At least I can spend my time productively looking for other dx9 shaders which might work in FPSC.

I've just obtained some shader programming tutorials which I'm going to try out in FPSC X9 soon if only to get a good normal map working on segments.

We have already released a patch including bloom shaders.

The other effects would soak too much performance.

Yeh, which is part of the reason why I wouldn't want all that. The engine is unstable enough already.....

EFX Mod is the pure madness...
Thanks to those brave Guys at Helix, I guess almost everything is possible with X9+EFX. My freshly bought X10 lies almost untouched next to my Vista laptop

Aw you switched to EFX?

Your game looks great, but this takes away some of the originality.

This was not a screenshot from our game, just a testing screen for segment shaders.

Dark Earth will stay the way it is.

Was that segment shader your own?
If so, it looks really nice! Are you planning on selling some of your shaders?

And also, your game looks very good.
This is just my opinion, but this game looks even better than Anderson!

Nono, this is all EFX achievement, as we are testing several different Engine modifications. So go to Helix for further informations.

And yes, everything that we are going to produce MUST look better than Anderson. It was an great achievement for us, but it had technical flaws that can be avoided.

I recommend using Ply's Mod, its great! Seriously, has Airmod in it, and vastly improves the FPI Language.

Model looks good....but im rather skeptical of the 15fps that you have in the corner. Otherwise it looks good!

Yeah, but it`s made by Provox for their PC Game "Spaceforce 2". This game was released almost at the same time as "Anderson 1", and I worked with them together in my main job, so we had some sidekicks from "Spaceforce" in Anderson, including 2 "organic spaceships". However, as static entity without shaders in FPSC v1 it didn`t look as great as now with EFX Mod and as moving Entity.

Whoa! You know how to use EFX well, my friend!

The water seems a tad too clean your something as grotesque as that to be lying in, I'd imagine it living in dirty, brown sewer water or something....

Hi guys, durign the last weeks of developement, it came more and more to our attention that what we are makign at the moment, would fit far better to Anderson than those intention we had with dark earth. So we`ve decided to compile down the Level built for DE and post them here during the next weeks, while we move on to Anderson 2. However, the first series of missions buildign a small campaign for DE will be available.

this is great,i think rebuilding anderson 1 with some bugfixes and all the new technology would be great, anderson 1 got a score 37% of 100% in the most popular magazine here, rebuilding would make more sells but thats just me,cant wait forr all the new updates

Yeah I saw the test in the Gamestar.
I have never thougt that a FPSC Game would become so popular.

I played the Demo and it was fun but I hate the weapon- and ammogloweffect. :-P

Never played Anderson 1. But it looked good for FPSC, just like this game. An X10 version of Anderson would be awesome! That way people cannot complain about the graphics... Good luck guys
