I find them rather unneccessary for a company "designed for family use".

In these advertisements I have seen tight bras, lesbian love and clothes so tight you can see a woman's you know whats.

Are they really needed?

I just disabled my ad blocker and noticed 2 ads for 'IMVU' or something, are you referring to this? Also "and clothes so tight you can see a woman's you know whats.", see what? The general shape of her breasts?

I haven't seen any dirty ads at all, the most frequent one i get is monkeys typing about something or other...

That thought had crossed my mind but in the 2 ads for it I saw the characters were always to the side so such a feature was not visible, I even went to a bunch of random threads to see if there was a 3rd ad but I didn't see one.

I'm pretty sure TGC can blacklist certain companies from appearing in the ads. I'll stick a note in the mod forum for one of the admins.

Ya, I've seen them quite a few times as well, and my dad always happens to watching me when I do, but not nearly as much as those Roblox ads, I get those on, like, every page I go to.

Oh yeah - I moderate a few small sites, and one huge one. Moderator chat includes all kinds of stuff, but it's almost always on-duty. Yeah, I did start noticing that a while back, but it's never really been too obnoxious. I am slightly offended by them of course, but I do understand that TGC needs the adbot. It's not TGC's fault that the adbot is posting inappropriate ads.

A lot of times I think it pulls keywords from conversations in a specific thread and makes ads from them.

One time in a thread we were talking about graphic tablets, and there were wacom ads there. Another thread, someone called something gay and the gay dating ads came up (only time I saw them).

These ads are ridiculous, they show near sex and nudity to get some clicks, and it doesn't fit in with tgc's family friendly policy at all. I think the imvu or whatever ads should be taken away as well, I don't need a perfectly good thread ruined by a pair of anime girls feeling each other up and kissing.

Of course its annoying to delete my stash everytime i try to do something else, hence why i have a seperate computer for it.
I also have labels on top of the laptops telling me which is which, because i'm organised like that.
