This is the game that I've entered in the contest. Made with unmodded v1.08.

Plot: Many have reported paranormal activity in the area of an abandoned prison. You are sent to investigate, and if necissary - take care of anyone/anything inside.

Objectives: Do a full search of the building, top to bottom. Once you're finished, make your way back to the beginning, so you can get out.

I played the game and have to say it is amazing, really good work, keep it up, REALLY COOL; is this part of game? or is it just one level?

It probably makes it scarier cos you don't know where the corners of the corridors are or where the doors are so I was going around the level blind.
At one point I got to some stairs and I didn't realise they were there and it scared me to death when I suddenly dropped down into blackness

I've seen this before with fpsc games...it's most likely a graphics card problem. Hope you can fix it.

haha when i saw him.. i said "???? YES I AM" lol
good job... i love horror games that try to scare you withought demons and grusome images.. this was done very well and you put some imagination into it.. as yoda would say.. creepy it was!

Played it. It was stupid and dumb. Probably the worst horror game I have ever played.

J/k it was pretty good. I won't say which part, but one of them scared the hell out of me. My heart about shattered into a million pieces.

I'm excited to announce that I'll be continuing this into a full game. Don't expect anything on the forums for a while as it's still in the planning stages. When it has reached a reasonable state, I'll post some screenshots and maybe a demo.

The link appears to be working for me...perhaps it's your internet browser.

I made the "ghost" fade in and out with the "appear2" and "disappear2.fpi" scripts.

It's not too hard, if you look around the forums, you'll find everything that you need. Basically, this is what I did:

-retextured one of the stock characters
-ran it through Entity Creator to make it a normal entity
-spawned and destroyed it

That's it.

Thanks, that's very inspirational to me. I'm currently writing a storyline to continue the project, and hopefully it will turn into a full-length game.

I was waiting for something scary and playing this at night with all lights off scared me many times... I hope it will become a full kenght game. I'll totally buy it! Or if it's free, then download it. But I could pay for some awesomness like this...
