According to IGN and other known sources, there will be new game in "Painkiller" series, called "Painkiller: Resurrection".
Yes, the original one and the first add-on were awesome, but there's more important thing. It's gonna be created by Homegrown Games!
If you have no idea what is it: It's a company, which relased the game "Anderson And The Legacy of Cthulu", made in FPSC. One of the devs is Ertlov from this forum!
Congratulations!

Hi all,

yes I can confirm this one. The small company Homegrown Games I`ve founded for marketing Anderson has got the hands on the next Painkiller Game and I`m the producer / Head of Developement on this. Of course this won`t be made with FPSC, we have reworked and are reworking the original PK Engine. However, we are still working with FPSC and latest EFX on Anderson II.

I loved the game Painkiller on Xbox, I never bought it, only played the demo and loved it. It seems that I did that with a lot of old xbox games. Wanted them, never bought them. I'm gonna go to Gamestop or eBay and buy some of the old games I originally wanted.

I can't wait for it. If you do make a 360 version, I will buy one for sure.

Yes, congrats. I played the original one on Xbox and loved it; like a 3D Doom II.

Cheers to Ertlov and HG Games. If I see this in store for (hopefully) the X360, I'll buy it, just to support our fellow forumer.
