Oh? Is it the one that's near your profile button? It's missing links and pages... just fyi.

3D Artist/Animator, HTML Web Programmer and Graphic Designer. I'll be getting my Animation degree this semester, working on some big projects over the summer and hopefully find myself with an animation job of some sort, freelance or not, by the fall. Currently I'm a freelance web developer (I only know HTML and CSS right now), but have had a couple of NICE jobs and am working on one right now. I'm also a decent graphic designer, but it's not something I promote or thoroughly enjoy most of the time.

My geek level would be 'Makes his own games'. Can't really say what level I think I am, I just know that if it's a skill I think I'll need then I'll at least try to learn it.

Being able to generate anything you need from code to media as well as ideas is a good place to be, for me it's the only place to be.

I'm a great whiner, waaaah I don't have any skills!!
I'm a mediocre coder, I like making quirky programs but my maths knowledge is pretty basic (1+1=2 etc)
I don't do any geeky stuff other than DB, apart from a little html till I got bored of it and buying a hitman outfit for my PS3 Home character

Only a programmer with absolutely zero graphic art skill and no artist to collaborate with. I have a friend in Puerto Rico helping me with 2D art for my iPhone games, but he's not a 3D modeler. Oh well!

Modesty's for squares, that's why I am so great.

Whilst my enemies are baffled by my strengths, I can just execute my plans to take them down.

I enjoy messing around with graphics design (although I'm really bad at it, hehe), and I also enjoy programming. As a profession I'm considering pursuing a career in web development, so I'm currently learning HTML and CSS, then I'll move on to the more advanced languages (Javascript...).

I also enjoy filming and editing video. Creating special effects that normally cost a few hundred dollars (like light sabers) for free is really fun, but time-consuming. Trust me: it's worth the $700 for Adobe After Effects if you choose that as your career path.

I've made one 'usable' game that I entered in NaGaCreMo '09, but I never finished it (completed three levels, then just let it die). I couldn't even figure out how to save a hiscore table. I really do enjoy programming, it makes me feel like I'm in control of my computer.

I used to do a little 3D modeling, but haven't done anything in at least a year.

And that's me in the digital world. Sorry for the longish post!

I've just updated my site! Please visit!

Then why did you post if you didn't care?

My skills are:

-Making Toast
-Impersonating inanimate objects
-A knowledge of a wide vocabulary of complicated words, like "The" and "At"
-The ability to spot a cat in a line of birds
-Using a pen the right way up

etc etc..

I used to do programming, hence the 8+ books on my bookshelf collecting dust, but now I just do 3D art for that ever-so-wonderful company MISoft.

I'd say im a coder on the ammateur-intermediate level. I also know how to program for microchips . I'm also awesome at math! well, awesome at MY level math anyways. (I'm studying ahead also, if i haven't started on pre calculus in ~3 months, bug me about it!) uuuh, i like spending class time programming my graphing calculator. I'd rather spend a weekend infront of my computer than a weekend on the beach (unless it was a weekend infront of my computer at the beach)

Almost all of these I learned from hobby, but i've used some professionally:

Programming/Markup: C++, DBP, Java, Python, MEL, HTML, CSS, HLSL, PHP, JavaScript
Website Development: Dreamweaver MX
3D Modeling: Anim8or, Maya 2008
UV Wrapping: LithUnwrap
3D Animation: CharacterFX, Milkshape 3D
2D Animation: Flash MX
2D Art: Fireworks MX

after reading this list over, i feel very well rounded i just wish my 3D modeling/animating skills were better

Programming/Markup: C++, DBP, GDK, SDL, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL
Website Development: Notepad++
3D Modeling: Lightwave 7 - model, texture, bone, animate, render, light
2D Art: Photoshop - skinning websites, manipulating images, etc.
Photography : Canon G3 and a Canon D70 dSLR

I also have some fairly solid mathematical skills and my problem solving skills are very useful if you need a solution and dont care how damn ugly the solution is(because it'll work - it just wont look nice).

I'm currently in the process of trying to focus on one project for more than 5 minuites so i can get a portfolio up

I am proficient in:
C#
Java
Flex
and formerly DBP

I'm getting decently good with C++

And I know a bit of Ruby. I'll be taking a Ruby/Rails class that the local Ruby User Group is doing for free, starting in the next week or two.

And then I know a lot of stuff along side of that: SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, etc. But wouldn't call myself a pro with them, but I definitely could use any of those in a project if I needed/wanted to.

I have experience with too many languages than I can list here or even remember. I've always been comfortable with learning just enough as I need to do a task and then leaving it forever if need be. For example I learned what I needed of ASP.NET for a project back in '05 and left it after about 6 months. What's the point of filling our heads with extra stuff if we will never use it? At least I can put them all on my resume if needed

ASM represents CPU instructions, and CPUs themselves often have bugs, so therefore your statement is incorrect

I can name several languages that don't inherently have bugs, including C++. Once you start using APIs, that's where you will find your bugs.
