The main problem I think with smoking addiction is that it's too easy to smoke a ciggy when you get stressed, or any other excuse for that matter.
It's determination that is needed, not to start quiting or to buy these 'solutions', but determination to not start smoking when things get tough. Some say that people never really quit smoking, and I can see where they get that from. Doesn't matter if you haven't smoked for 50 years, if you were in a firing squad and had a last request, it would probably be for a ciggie

. Maybe the bottom line is that smoking is actually enjoyable, and people don't like to quit - so reducing the health risks is far more important and beneficial than trying to get people to quit. For one thing, the government should be pushing for this - god knows how much money the government skim off each pack for themselves. Make smoking healthier I say, because I can't see my dad ever quitting.
