Also, the fact that it's free really makes no difference as Fox own the Trademark on the name Aliens vs Predator, therefore you are in murky waters just using the same name.
Companies can be very touchy about other people using their Trademarks, the usual reason given being that someone else's use of their Trademark will reflect badly on their IP/Franchise, or spoil the good reputation they have built up with their IP/Franchise.
An example of this is Ford's recent lawsuit against Ferrari for using the name F150 for their latest Formula 1 car. They claim that Ferrari's use of the name will ruin the good reputation they have built up with their line of F150 pick up trucks.
Anyway, putting aside all Copyright/Trademark issues, this is looking really good, definately the best fan game currently on these forums; I especially like the Predator's Vision effects in these latest screenshots.
