Just seeing if there was a plug-in or someway to implement digital signal processing (DSP) for input (from a microphone for example) and output the results to the speakers.

Any leads?

I think the DB record sound function records mic... not sure though I've never really used any sound commands.

For online mic-talking in DBP try green ear, not free but it works.

I don't think there's anything around, no.
You can always try to make it yourself though.
Here's some kind of tutorial on the matter. Be prepared for rather complex math, though!
