Procrastination: when I should be working on one thing, I do another. When I have to do that other thing, I tend to do what I originally should have bee doing, but should not be doing at that point in time. It's really quite stupid.

Also, nail/cuticle biting. Makes it painful to play piano sometimes

Also, all last semester I'd get into conversations with my friends that would last hours, then I'd wind up weeks behind in homework and projects. I'm grateful for the good discussion, but so much time was just flushed down the john.

My habit is that I correct the incorrect grammar of my friends. They really hate it. I am a "Gramar Nazi" according to them.

All hail the grammar nazis.

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.

I only am a grammar Nazi* when a person is being an idiot or it's impossible to understand what they're saying. When I say 'being an idiot' I mean leaving comments like:

"Your stupid!"

I respond with:

"My stupid what?"

*I don't mean to be a grammar Nazi or anything, but 'Nazi' is always capitalised because it's a proper noun.

I'd probably say my bad habits are:

Procrastination. TGC is a great source for that - I've been home with my parents since Sunday and I still haven't fully unpacked. I've got an interview at the Job Centre tomorrow and I'm supposed to be digging out documents for that, but here I am, procrastinating by talking about my procrastination. My excuse is that I'm waiting my MS Office 2010 upgrade to download, but then it really isn't an excuse.

Biting my nails. Just because.

Nodding my head in a rhythm when there's no music playing.

Slipping into different languages at random. My standard response to something confusing isn't, "what the hell?" but "nande yo!" And if I don't understand I say, "ich weiss nicht!"

To make inappropriate sounds at inappropriate moments.

Coming onto people of the opposite gender, despite being straight. Usually I do it to straight guys, but I have made the odd mistake before now.

(Still procrastinating )

Erm, EDIT/procrastination:

Quote: "capitalised "

I've been wondering this for a long time, and since it seems to fit the subject, I want to ask. In America, it's spelled with a 'z'; not an 's'. I've noticed the same thing with a lot of words, and it even reads; 'initialising' during the build process in FPS Creator. So, are all of these spelling errors or does 's' substitute as 'z' in England/UK?

I do that too while I'm thinking of metalsongs or when I have another great riff in my head.

Definitely going into convenience stores and dancing to any songs they play. Seriously, ask Shadowtroid, I was dancing to "I Will Survive" just earlier today, while I was getting some Twizzlers.

Well, a number of things, really. Smoking is the occasional bad habit, but only in times of stress.

My everyday bad habit is fast food [Insert stereotypical American joke.], it's the simplest way to get food when you're busy and in a hurry. However, I will say I get the "healthier" salads and chicken that most fast food restaurants offer, but still doesn't change the fact I eat far too much of it.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.

No, I can't say I like toilet humour. Usually sounds of sexual nature, somebody might say something that sounds dirty.

I suppose with that, I can leave inappropriate comments, like 'it's technically not rape if you yell surprise first."

Gah! Never use those words as a joke! Ever! Awful joke.

Quote: "thats what all my friends say"

You're too young to use that type of humor. Don't say it. Awful joke. My friends started using that when I was in 6th grade. I hate them for that. Now I can't help but think that to myself whenever someone says something.

Sometimes instead of blinking I roll my eyes. This developed from playing guitar and not being able to wipe my eyes etc. while playing riffs.

Brain: Do it.
Conscience: Don't do it!
Eyes: *roll*
Conscience: ... DAMN!

I ALMOST got into an energy drink habit (rockstar FTW), until I met this guy whos like 19 years old, and might have a hole in his heart. He didn't have any preexisting medical condition, but he did smoke a lot and drink like 4+ monsters a day for a couple years. I mean, I know I'm not likely to overdo it that much, but still, it can't be good for you any way you look at it. I'll stand by energy drinks when I need to pull an all nighter and stay fresh, or if I'm going to be doing a lot of physical activity, but not for a refreshing beverage or minor pick-me-up.

Definitely soda though: Dr. Pepper, vanilla coke, pepsi
and coffee.

I also have this annoying habit of writing a post halfway, not finishing, but posting the mes
