im pretty sure sodas are much worse for your health than cupcakes, doesn't it also deteriorate your bladder or something. And I'm almost certain diet drinks are generally worse, especially coke diet.

However in saying that, i buy a coke every morning at school, just because i hate coffee and i need a tasty caffeine injection, however I'm 17 and i don't really get hyper anymore (have you ever tried putting a heck lot of sugar into coke diet? Damn that was good stuff, it fizzes up like champaign).
But in my old school they allowed coke to anyone not in year 7+8 (first 2 years of secondary school, your like 11 around then), but they would just buy it off other people in the cafeteria, and i have to say, they go so hyper i have no idea how anyone can learn...
Trying to do my GCSEs with kids outside running around screaming as if they lost their head (i wish).

If all else fails, blame your Government.

I feel the same way as BiggAdd.
But I guess my addiction is Oblivion modding. I have spent all week modding a fresh install, and honestly have not even played Oblivion yet. I run it, make sure it's stable, then quit out and install more mods.

I love how the worst your school had to contend with is soda...

We had year nines getting discovered in the Boy's toilets striking up spliffs. And it's supposedly the "better" school in out area, the other one having closed down when they found it had a less than 10% Pass rate for GCSEs...

Sorry, my bad, Leif Eiriksson. Unless you mean the 'Eirik' bit, then that's how it's spelled in the sagas, though I know most tend to write 'Ericson', because 'Eric' is the English equivalent.

However, I'm glad to see more vikings around.

Omagod Omagod Omagod. This is an addict thread and I'm addicted to Batman so I must say it. They just released a video of the first level in the upcoming Batman video game, a sequel to Batman Arkham Asylum, Arkham City. So much released! Two-face is going to be in it, the puzzles are more intricate, Catwoman is in it, with a sort of hero, sort of villain morality whatever, you start out with all the gadgets and they just get better and better as you progress through the game... amazing. I am SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW.

I just remembered something and thought I would say it here: They also announced Mr. Freeze is going to be in it. How do you think they will portray him?

They will model him after Arnold Schwarzeneggar, of course. Or at least they should.

You bet it would be. Arkham Asylum looks like, not just best Batman game, but the best superhero game I've seen. Just want it so badly. I wish they would give the same kinda treatemeant to others superheros. Maby there will after all excist a good Superman game after all. Maby someday.

But maby I should buy Arkham Asylum first. PLay it trough.

It is worth it. Trust me. And it's cool because Batman is stealthy yet good in combat, which makes a good game, so Superman and such people will probably never get a good game because let's face it Batman is just the best Superhero.

Now, don't say that, if someone good gets the project, then it might be even better than arkham Asylum. Even thou it would be hard to top.

True. The dark and edgy Batman. I'm not that into the campy Batman with Adam West and such. And it's funny, how much I dislike Robin, he is actually not half bad in the Warner Bros. cartoon, that I talked about earlier. But yeah, Batman pretty much is. I also like Spiderman (in the comics and hte first movie. The second one was ok, but thisd I didn't like), Hulk (awesome. Another favourite. Just... HULK SMASH!) but Batman just... is.I mean if Spiderman walked into my room and said "I'm your friendly neighborhood Spiderman" I would be: "Hell yeah!" But Batman: "I'm Batman" Me: "You sure are..." *epic music and a cool cape effect on Batman*

Fun (for me) fact: In the late 1940s Batman was about to go out of business they changed executive producers which changed him a lot. He took away Batgirl and Alfred (who was brought back after the fans said they liked him) he also added the yellow ellipse on his chest, when before it was just a bat. The biggest change he made was he added the stealth and the detective feel. This saved Batman, most say. So he was always "edgy and dark" but the new movies added to it and made it more modern. The 60s show was totally different then what you would see if you read a 60s comic of Batman. And you may hate Robin, but the person went on to be Nightwing, who is awesome IMO.

Well, I am not THAT big of a fanatic of Batman. But I love the dark and edgy Batman. Warner Bros. cartoon the Tin Burton Batmans and the new ones. And I just loved the Dark Knight Joker. I was ready to hate it when I first saw the commercials and so on, becouse I loved the original Joker so much, but god was it awesome!

Well, good night now, see you in the morning!

I disagree, but it's your opinion. I still love the old Joker too. I don't want to make them compete against eachother, so I don't want to pick a favourite.

Both are good, I can't pick a favorite. The old Joker was more canon, less creepy, yet still creepy of coarse. Yet the new one is edgy and pwnage.
