Erebusman, you can send the model to my email address at the bottom of my posts.

And thanks to everyone for the nice comments

Landman, the pack will be free to use for either commercial or freeware games. I will however not be taking any custom model requests for a while after the pack release, since I will be doing some much-needed work on my game project. Sorry. I will be back in the model making seat afterwards, however

I can't wait to have these assets in my game

Great work Vandaarc!

Vandaarc. Jy bly in Pretoria!!!? Ek het dit net nou gesien. Ek kom van die Kaap.

Dus lekker om 'n ander Suid-Afrikaaner te sien! Eks jammer, my Afrikaans is kak.

Back on topic, Hope to see this pack soon. You got some great skills.

I think that I already know the answer to my own question, but are you still working on this, erebusman, or have you decided to abandon the project?

Alas, alas! Stilling waiting on that fantasy mod...

It would be too bad if this won't be completed. What he already has would be cool. He must have gotten caught up in school or work and has not had the spare time. That happens a lot around here.

Hi everyone.

I need to apologize profusely for the lack of updates on this thread, but be assured that it is not dead.

After a catastrophic hard drive failure and the loss of my internet connection, I thought that I would have to start from scratch again.
Luckily I had the presence of mind to back up my work and MOST of the stuff I did is still there.

If you are interested in having the package as-is at the moment, please let me know, since I can then add the other, unfinished parts as add-ons for a later stage.

I would just like to thank you all for your interest and nice comments.

alright thanks for the update, and thanks for showing signs of life!

But, nah take your time on the pack, there is still a lot of things missing.

I'm familiar with this, but I'm still learning!

Personally, I think it'd be good to have it as it is for now, and throw in the other stuff later. Good to see this isn't dead!

Ok, I'll wait a bit longer for more replies, then make a decision based on that. Thanks, FPSgamerguy2 and jmtmew.

Do as you like @Vandaarc

If you think some feedback from a 'preview' pack will be good for your motivation - do a preview pack.

And if you are the type who wants everything perfectly wrapped up - don't.

Personally I always follow the philosophy 'Good things come to those who can wait':http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oEefLrtwv0

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

Thanks, Storyteller. Good advice.

After the hard drive crash I was a bit disheartened and sort of lost motivation for a bit. Also, considering that I started working on the pack almost a year ago started to make it seem like I would never get it done.

However, since I rediscovered my backups I am pretty much motivated to see the pack to its end, and to provide the FPSC community with the original pack that I envisioned.

So, if you could all just bear with me for a while longer, I shall continue working on the pack until its conclusion.

After a bit of testing, however, I will be releasing a preview pack for those who want to try it out.
