I have a few cool apps on my iPad. I have an app called Star Rover, and it uses gyroscopic technology to allow you to tilt the device however you like and it will display what stars and other space objects are in said direction. Then I have a QR code scanner, it's awesome. I have codea, an app the lets you program without any jailbreaking, I haven't done anything with it yet sadly... I have iCircuit, just a simple circuit simulator, I have xPlane, a flight simulator, and finally I have Wind Tunnel Pro, it simulates fluid dynamics showing you flow, pressure, speed, and is just that awesome.

That right there is $37.00 of coolness.

At the moment, my favorite iOS app is Codea. Really great for rapid prototyping on the go

Also, Super Crate Box by old timey TGCer tha_rami's team, Vlambeer, is a must have.

I like GarageBand on the iPad. Super Crate Boy is really good, just that right balance of frustration and addictiveness. Monopoly is pretty good on iOS as well.

Dungeon Defenders is by far my favorite app ever. It's an amazing game even on pc and console. Absolutely love it.

Shadow Era is an awesome card game that gives a spin off of Magic.

And SAS3 is this fun little twin stick zombie killer game on Android. It's a great way to kill an hour of time here and there.

I think the Dolphin Mini Browser is a great alternative to the included Android Browser. If I remember correctly, the included browser only allows 4 tabs at a time. Dolphin allows much, much more, plus options to view webpages in their original form, and not the mobile version of the site.

I also like GameBoid, Snes 9x, Game Dev Story, 7 Words, & Astro File Browser.

Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.
